When the Reservation date is confirmed we require a 20% deposit .
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. The balance will be required 8
weeks prior to the arrival date. For reservations made within 8 weeks of the
rental date, full payment is required at the time of the reservation.
We regret that payments are non-refundable and would recommend you to
obtain cancellation insurance
To calculate the correct rent for the property we must know the exact number
of guests at the time of making a reservation. The number staying at the
property must not, under any circumstances, exceed the number on the reservation
form.
Heating, Electricity are based on meter reading
Linen is included.
Telephone and WIFI internet line available at extra cost.
A Cleaner and Cook can be arranged with prior notice. Babysitting services are also available on request ( Extra cost applies).
Damage Security deposit required. This is held against damage, breakage and loss and is refunded, less any legitimate deductions, soon after departure. Guests are requested to leave house clean on departure - otherwise a final clean charge will be requested or deducted from the damage security deposit.
Length of Stay is from Saturday to Saturday. However our aim is to meet and satisfy your needs, so we try to be flexible about the duration of rentals between October and May. Talk to us if you are planning a long weekend, important celebration or surprise reunion.
Check in time is 17.00 and departure time is 10.00 am.
No Smoking in the house.
No Pets.
